In-Home Cooking Classes
Wouldn't you like to have a chef come to your home and give you new skills and knowledge to make dishes you've always wanted to make? As families have done from generation to generation, I can show you how to make the dishes of your dreams, which you can then pass on to your family and friends.
At a date and time of your choosing, you can have your own private lessons, or you can have your friends together for a cooking class party. In your own home.
And you get to eat your homework!!!!!
Each class designed to prepare a complete multi-course meal, and will last from 2 1/2 to 4 hours. With my help, you decide what dishes you want to make. We can make everything from classic American favorites to the best dishes of Europe.
Here are some of the topics I include in the classes:
Basic knife skills, kitchen safety and sanitation
Ingredient selection
Recipe selection and variation
Cooking techniques, from basic to advanced (depending on experience)
Plating and presentation
Not only will you learn how to make your dishes, I will show you how you can apply all your new knowledge toward your future creations.
Each class ends with everyone sitting together and dining on the fruits of their labor.
